Dos gotas de agua. Mardee Raquel, una joven californiana de 21 años, se convirtió en una estrella de Instagram por su llamativo parecido a Miley Cyrus. Vegana y fanática de la ex chica Disney, la rubia copia cada uno de los polémicos looks de la cantante y sorprende en cada foto.

I deleted the other picture of my Peter Pan tattoo awhile back but I really dig it so here it is again! :) I drew the design, it's the children, stars, and Hook's ship. I'm fiending to get the rest of the tattoos that I want. I have my next three picked out already lol.

Last night at Bangerzzz :) I got this sweeeet tote bag. I sewed the outfit myself & I was really happy with how it turned out, though I had planned for it to be more elaborate. I'll post a clearer picture of it. #bangerztourchicago

There are several years between these photos, but only a small difference in my actual body weight. As far as pounds go I weigh about the same in each. That's why when you weigh yourself you shouldn't get hung up on the number on the scale, pay attention to how you feel not what you weigh. Muscle is heavier than body fat, so you may weigh more with more muscle but you will also look more lean and fit. On the left, I tried to get thin by starving and abusing my body, for years. On the right is where I've eaten well (and a lot!) and exercised moderately, and I've been able to start building a body I feel comfortable and healthy in! :) #transformationtuesday #vegan

After workout! ?? I go through phases where I get bummed thinking that I'm getting no results, & feel very discouraged. If you're working on your fitness & feel the same way, I recommend taking a progress photo once every week. It will motivate you to see the changes taking place as you compare the photos! Weighing yourself can be disappointing because you may weigh more as you build muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat does, so try not to worry about what the scale says if ur trying to lose weight??????
